Eulalia
Eulalia joined The Maas Clinic S.F. in July 2001 as the Front Office Coordinator after time spent working for a laser eye surgeon. She knew she wanted to remain in health care and had even considered going to nursing school. As fate had it, she was referred to The Maas Clinic by a local aesthetician and ultimately joined the practice. She has since assumed the role of Practice Manager and Patient Care Coordinator. She never tires of seeing happy patients with great outcomes and is delighted to be an integral part of patient care at The Maas Clinic.
When Eulalia is not running the show at the Clinic, she is listening to live music, raising orchids or traveling to far off lands. |

Karen
Karen worked for Nordstrom before she entered the world of aesthetic surgery. Upon joining a cosmetic surgery practice, her interest in cosmetic surgery continually increased as she was exposed to more and more procedures. Lucky for us, she decided to make a move to The Maas Clinic S.F., where she has manned the front desk since April 2006. Karen enjoys working directly with patients at The Maas Clinic and will likely be the friendly face you see when you first come in for your appointment.
Karen is a sports fan and when she is not at the Clinic, she can be spotted playing basketball, volleyball or softball. |

Amy
Our Registered Nurse Specialist and Nurse Manager, Amy journeyed to San Francisco from the San Fernando Valley to earn her Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing at USF. As luck had it, Amy chose to stay in the City where she has since provided care for patients in Labor and Delivery, Neonatal Intensive Care and, most recently, Aesthetic Medicine.
Amy joined The Maas Clinic S.F. in February 2006 and has helped to create a positive and comforting environment for all patients of the Clinic as well as The Appearance Care Center. Whether you come in for a complexion analysis, Restylane injections or post-operative TLC, Amy will be a source of warmth and information throughout the course of your treatment.
When Amy is not busy beautifying the world, she can be spotted with a group of friends in hot spots throughout the City or in the kitchen cooking with her kitties, Brody and Sophie. |

Dr. Rani Spudich
Dr. Spudich is a Bay Area native (grew up in both San Francisco and Palo Alto)
and completed her undergraduate degree in Psychology at Stanford. From there she attended the Yale University School of Medicine where she received her M.D. in 1997. From there she moved to the Bronx, NY, and completed 2 years as a resident in Plastic & Reconstructive Surgery at the Albert Einstein
College of Medicine, but suffered a back injury and returned to the Bay
Area in 1999, where she worked for an internet health startup and then as a physician in Occupational Medicine.
After taking 2 years off to spend with her kids, (3 yr old daughter and almost 2 yr old son) she is delighted to be returning to the world of Plastic Surgery and assisting Dr. Maas with his operative patients, acting as a co-investigator on clinical trials, and performing spa services such as Botox, injectable fillers, IPL, peels, etc.
During her free time (what's free time?) she swims or reads fairytales to the kids and manages to squeeze in one Pilates class a week. Now the question is, "When will she find time to pursue her interest in digital photography?" |

Kim
Before Kim joined The Maas Clinic Tahoe as a Registered Nurse Specialist, she was a nurse in the Intensive Care Nursery. She became interested in skin care and took some aesthetic skin care courses. Kim appreciated the artistry that is so essential to aesthetic medicine and it wasn’t long before she realized that the Maas Clinic was where she wanted to practice. Kim introduced herself to Dr. Maas and suggested she could be a great asset to the Maas Clinic, and Dr. Maas agreed. They were both right! Kim enjoys her work at the Clinic and she hopes to be instrumental in the continuous expansion of treatments offered at Maas Tahoe.
Kim is a gardener and, just as she enjoys artistry in medicine, she enjoys artistry in the yard. When she is not exercising her artistic side, she is exercising her biceps in preparation for physical fitness competitions. |

Carolyn
Carolyn has been a Registered Nurse Specialist with the Maas Clinic Tahoe since it opened 4 years ago. She came to the Maas Clinic with 25 years of nursing experience, primarily stemming from Critical Care and Cardiac Rehabilitation.
Carolyn had been expanding her skill set to include more “alternative” forms of healing, including biofeedback and Reike. She was also looking to gain exposure to other medical specialties, and The Maas Clinic offered her the perfect opportunity. She seamlessly incorporated Aesthetic Medicine into her areas of expertise and enjoys the ongoing relationships that Aesthetic Medicine cultivates.
When Carolyn is not practicing the art of healing, she can be seen practicing the art of golf. |

Erica
Erica trained as a Physician's Assistant and graduated from Baylor College of Medicine in 2000. She currently splits her time between the Appearance Care Center and a family practice in Livermore, California. She completed her training with Dr. Maas and Amy in March and has been treating patients ever since. Patients describe her with words like "patient, good listener, conscientious and thorough". We're so pleased to have Erica in our practice and know you will be too!! |

Leslie
Although she has lived all over the United States, Leslie is a native San Franciscan! She spent 18 ½ years at the SF Academy of Art University where she held many positions and most recently served as VP of National Sales.
Besides skin care, Leslie has succeeded in many diverse endeavors. She has recently completed Real Estate school and is actively pursuing her Real Estate license. This past year she was asked to market and open a Women’s Fitness Center and was responsible for the daily operations and membership enrollment of the club.
Leslie has been with The Appearance Care Center at The Maas Clinic S.F. since April 2006 and will likely be the friendly person to answer the phone when you call to make your appointment!
When Leslie leaves the Appearance Care Center, she usually heads straight for a golf course or tennis court. |

Kristin
Kristin came to The Maas Clinic with several years of sales management in the pharmaceutical industry. She excelled in her work with physicians and proved to be a valuable business consultant. Over time, Kristin developed an interest in joining a practice and impacting health care more directly. A year ago, she had an occasion to join The Maas Clinic as a Director of Employee and Community Relations and -thankfully- she readily accepted the opportunity.
Kristin lives in Marin and when she is not at The Maas Clinic San Francisco, she is likely with her sons, playing tennis or engaged in an outdoor activity amid the beautiful surroundings. |

Kymberly
Kymberly has worked part time in the practice since 2004 and joined us
full time in 2007. She works in both the Maas clinic and the Appearance
Care Center and is a wonderful addition to our staff.
Before coming to the Maas Clinic Kymberly was a freelance designer using
her Art degree to create displays for retail stores in San Francisco,
Miami, Seattle and New York City. Still very interested in the Arts;
Kymberly spends much of her free time in galleries and attending Art and
Social events throughout the United States. |

Aya
Aya joined the practice in March 2008 and works in our Clinical Research
Center. Prior to joining the Maas Clinic, Aya worked as a Research
Coordinator for a Los Angeles based site which conducted studies for
various CNS indications. She was also an Account Executive for a
Research consulting firm based in Tokyo, Japan. Although she spent the
previous five years in business development preparing proposals with
frequent traveling across continents to meet clients, she now enjoys
working locally and meeting directly with patients at The Maas Clinic.
During her free time Aya can be found helping-out at a friend’s
restaurant, exploring the sites in the city, attending to live shows,
jogging around golden gate park or traveling. |
